In addition to a delicious dinner and super fun entertainment, the evening will end with the crowning of the 2024-2025 King and Queen. Each Chapter has been asked to select a couple as candidates for King and Queen. Each vote is $1 and the couple with the most votes will be crowned King and Queen.

Checks for the dinner and/or King & Queen votes should be made out to the Grand Chapter. Deadline for receiving “votes” for candidates is February 1.

We are looking forward to having a sensational celebration of our new members with this state-wide initiation. The degrees will be conferred by members of the Celebration Grand Family.

• Petitions must be properly processed by the Chapter.

• A copy of each petition must be sent to either Tara Ziegler or Dawn Ashley, “Dynamic Duo” Administrative Assistants to the Worthy Grand Matron by January 30.

• The original petition must be presented at the state-wide initiation.

• The Worthy Matron, Secretary or other member of the Chapter must be present at the state-wide initiation. The Chapter representative should bring a dues receipt and copy of the Chapter bylaws. The new member should sign a receipt for their copy of the Chapter bylaws.

6:00 PM The Past Matrons and Past Patrons Club of District 10 will host their annual dinner at Dougherty Lodge #591, 1900 Palmyra Road, Albany, GA 31701. The cost will be $12.00 per guest. RSVP to Florence Neese no later than February 3. Doors open at 6:00 PM with the meal starting at 6:30 PM.

Calling all Heroes! Join us for a luncheon to celebrate and honor our Ture American Heroes. All civilian and military first responders (military, fire, police, medical) will be honored and lunch complimentary. All others $10.

The drawing for the True American Heroes’ First Responders Quilt made by Lindamay Gallagher will be held at this luncheon. You do not need to be present to win.

The drawing for the two-seat glider will also be held at the luncheon.
